1.00We did not get to go on this tour. Apparently the meeting place was changed. They said they sent me a message but since I was flying, I never received it and we missed the tour

3.00Viator advertised that with our purchase, we could skip the line. However since it was so busy, the tour company determined we could not skip the line on that day. Instead, we had to queue while the tour guide told us about Notre Dame. It was hard to hear what was being discussed all the time since we were in a line I believe that we should have been notified of the change prior to traveling to tour (no skip the line and hard to hear the tour guide) to determine if it was something we still wanted to do.

1.00basically its your priority ticket for the entry of Notre Dame and couple of facts told by our guide about big fire ... what obviously is all known facts - you can always get inside for free

5.00Top tour and amazing insights into Notre Dame and context of this monument. Our guide Lucia was on time, courteous and really managed the group well. After we had priority access in timed reserved entry which we really appreciated.
