  We ( couple from Germany 39&40) had an unforgettable experience on the Signature Cruise. In particular, Lilly and Morning were wonderful hosts on board. They were extremely attentive and shared a lot of interesting stories and insights about the local people and culture. Lilly even went fishing with us, which turned into a lovely evening filled with great conversations. My partner was able to catch a squid on this evening. Our trip included everything from kayaking and visiting a floating fishing village to swimming in a lonely bay. The food on board was absolutely delicious, and the cabins were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We would definitely recommend booking a cabin with a balcony, as it makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. All in all, we can highly recommend this journey with Signature Cruise. It was truly a memorable adventure. :)

  Great tour, far out where it wasn't so crowded anymore. Delicious food, large rooms, extremely friendly staff and only about 30 guests on board. Andy was a great tour guide who also imparted a lot of background knowledge. Canoeing in this natural setting is unforgettable.

  The view was breathtaking, the ship is comfortable and the crew is amazing, the food is excellent. Especially Andy the manager. He is knowledgeable, polite and has attention to every detail with a personalized touch. If you would like to relax, choose the 3 days 2 nights option, if you want the almost full experience just in and out, choose the 1 night 2 days option. The only one down side is to see how the sea is dirty and rubbish floating around. All of us should care more about this magnificent nature which surrounds us. This is nothing to do with the crew and the agency. Especially the crew members were saying that they regularly clean the sea in their free time.

  I travelled on my own and Lilli and Morning both exceeded my expectations in customer service and were excellent hosts. I really enjoyed my stay on the cruise boat and Lilli tried her best to teach me how to fish for squid, but none were biting. The guided cave tour and bamboo boat were amazing experiences. I will treasure my memories from this fantastic tour at ha long bay. All the other staff including Ace, were equally as helpful and pleasant. Thank you all for a memorable experience and photos to treasure. I will recommend this cruise company to everyone as an unforgettable, dream holiday on halong bay.

  Very nice competent crew with cruise manager Andy. Excellent meals, nice excursions. The cabin generous. Andy, John and Lily were excellent guides.

  we signed up for this 2-day cruise to celebrate our birthdays and we were enchanted by the Service, Cleanliness , Beautiful well decorated room, organization of activities, smile, quality menus. As a bonus, they upgraded us for our birthday with a cake to welcome us. We will return with great pleasure! • Great views, helpful employees, but inefficient tour design

  Pros: Signature was accommodating and allowed us to change dates when I booked the wrong days. The employees were all wonderful and even had a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. The food was good and the rooms were clean. Most of all, this cruise goes to quieter area of the bay (bai tu long) rather than busy ha long. Cons: It felt like the company tried to cut some corners at the price of customer experience. We did 3D/2N, and for the second day we were moved to a small boat while the big boat dropped off/picked up the next group of one night guests. When we were brought back to the big boat the only excursions were the same ones we had done the day before. The last morning they had us wake up early and check out of our room, then wait in the restaurant with nothing to do for an hour. Finally, we would not recommend using their transport back to Hanoi. We had to wait another 50 minutes at the port for the shuttle bus to drop off the next group of guests and then pick us up. Tip: if you do this cruise, water is not complimentary so bring bottles on board with you

  We have had a wonderful experience! The very cozy and well kept facilities, we had a private terrace in the room to enjoy the scenery, the food and breakfast very delicious and the staff was the best thing about the trip! Andy and Vincent were amazing, while still thanking the rest of the staff who were very cute and super professional.
