  The most AMAZING experience - Win our cruise manager was amazing & the service generally is next level. The cruise has beautiful, comfortable rooms and we were luckily upgraded to the most gorgeous suite with a massive private terrace for the second night. The ambience, boat layout, lighting & food are really well thought out and very enjoyable. Day 1 visit to the fishing & pearl village was more interesting & fun than I had anticipated to be honest… I generally dislike the cookie cutter tourist excursions. It was also the right length of time. Our excursion on Day 2 was only one other lovely couple and us, it was a lovely, well furnished day boat. Not a downgrade from the main cruise. We kayaked around with a guide & visited unspoiled natural beaches and explored an incredible, huge cave only reachable by small boat. It felt like a luxury private experience with so few. Bai Tu Long Bay is stunning and far less touristy (especially a little bit ahead of the peak season) - The Royal Signature 5* cruise was worth every penny & I strongly suggest booking 2 nights and not 1.   This trip was everything we had ever hoped for. We travelled with our family, children aged 3, 6 and 8, and was not interested in the crowded Ha Long Bay Tour. In stead we chose The Athena Signatur Cruise in Ba Tu Long. From the very beginning we were warmly welcomed by mr. Morning and miss Lilly and on the entire trip, they took care of everything. They helped us with everything, and our children really loved them. Actually, the whole crew was incredible - they also took our kids squidfishing earlier, so they could try before going to bed. The Captain, Vini, was also impressive. So friendly and wellspoken. A huge recommendation for all. Before we were unsure if it was the price worth, but afterwards we are clear - worth it all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We had a wonderful 3D2N experience on Bai Tu Long Bay with Signature Cruise. Morning, Lily, and the entire crew took such great care of us throughout the trip — their service was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. The pace of the itinerary was well-planned and ideal for mixed groups, including elderly travellers and children. Activities were enjoyable without being too strenuous, which made the experience relaxing rather than rushed. Meals were another highlight — lunch was typically Vietnamese family-style with a nice variety of dishes, while dinner featured Western or fusion-style courses. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable. The boat interior was renovated about a year ago, and it shows — the rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to the housekeeping team who worked quietly in the background to keep everything spotless.   Defiantly worth doing. We did the three day two night cruise the second day we did an all day cruise on a smaller boat to a fishing village, which the one night two day cruise didn’t get to see.   We had a great time on the ship. The food was excellent. The service was great in general. Every single staff member was helpful and friendly. Vin the manager was informative and helpfully. Our day trip to the fisher village was impressive. Our guide Lily was extremely professional, kind and helpful. She looked very organised and she has potential for much more.   The staff was really friendly and made sure we had an amazing time. Our cruise manager was Win and he was so helpfull and friendly. As for the cruise it felt more like 2d 2n as the first day start at 12 and the last one is done at 10h30. Also the people who do 2n 1d are on the same boat so sometimes you see or do the same stuff. The food was really good though and the cabins too. Only the activities were a bit repetitive.

  We found the 3 day cruise a fantastic experience. We were treated like the king and the queen. 10 course dinner and very friendly crew. Lily and Win were like personal assistants. They also provided a nice cake on my birthday. We also went kayaking and swimming on beautiful beaches. An unforgettable experience richer.

  Our family of 4 had an amazing time on Signature Royal Bai Tu Long Bay. We stayed 2 nights /3 days and found the cabins, ship, food and staff outstanding. Special mention to Lily and Win for their friendly hospitality. One thing we were not aware of when we booked the 3 day cruise is that on our 1 full day we would spend 6 hours transferred to a ‘day boat’. This was a completely separate day tour that is operated by Cong Cruise. The places visited were interesting but Cong Cruise is not even close to the same high standard of Signature Royal Cruise ship and food. This was disappointing as Signature markets itself as a premium operator and should maintain the same high standards for the full experience.

  A very nice experience to do once! Nice crew, Lily, Morning and Win take good care of you like the rest of the crew. They are ready for you when you need them. The activities were also very nice! Not too much what was right for us. Beautiful surroundings and there can really enjoy va. All in all highly recommended
