1.00We took tickets to the palace via Viator 24 hours in advance. At no time did they send us the original tickets via Whastapp, mail or app. Once we got to the palace, we tried to talk to local Viator but it was impossible. We called Viator General twice but they couldn’t give us any solutions and couldn’t send us the original tickets. On top of that, there were no tickets available at the palace ticket office for that day, so, we could not see the palace, we lost the transportation money and still do not know anything about the return of the reservation. A real management embarrassment, I do not recommend it to ANYONE.

1.00The experience was horrible. My tickets doesn t work and was not possible to scan it by stuff. They informed me that probably the tickets are fake and I have to buy another one..how is possible from thos website that maybe somwthing like this will happen. I am still waitting for some response and solution. I want my money back,because It wasn t allow pass the entrance and I bought tickets twice. Try to avoid to buy tickets from this seller..I will try to inform some places because it s fraud.

1.00Complete lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. I purchased tickets for the wrong date and because it was less than 24 hours before the booking date I was not able to modify it online. I tried calling and emailing to get a modification or refund and I received no answer for days until they messaged me that they would not issue a refund. Absolutely terrible service and they steal your money if you make a booking mistake.

1.00Very negative experiences the entrance ticket 21 euros off I paid 3o.82 euros for ancillary costs knowing that I had to call several times to receive the tickets the day before at 9 pm. I estimate that 8o euros was stolen for 8 entrance tickets

5.00It was easy to book through Viator. When you get to the Chateau, check which queue you need to stand in as the queues are based on entrance times. We stood in the 11.00am queue for a while, before switching to the 11.30am queue!

3.00Gardens are not that great in November.The fountains are not working. The sheer size of the paintings were phenomenal.
