2.00The tour guide was not punctual. He left the group waiting under the rain for 30 minutes before collecting the group. This not only left us soaking in water but reduced the time of the excursion by the same 30min. Considering that the whole excursion was supposed to be only 3 hours, it cut a considerable chunk of time. In addition, the excursion was cut off short by about 15 minutes. The actual guadance was not well presented either. I would not suggest this tour.

5.00Lots of walking, the grounds are huge and you cover a lot of ground quickly to get to the scheduled time to enter the palace. Our guide should have attached her microphone closer to her mouth as she has a very strong French accent and is soft spoken. The grounds are incredibly well maintained and the palace worth seeing. If Jeanine had spoken louder or held the microphone to her mouth so I and my friends could hear; it would have been perfect.

5.00Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel very comfortable. She was very aware at all times of the number in our group and cognizant of keeping us all together in a very crowded palace.
Super to have the historical aspect as you travel through Versailles.

5.00This very informative tour gave the background of not only Versailles, but also the revolution. Our guide was very informative, carried a deep knowledge of the palace, and some historical anecdotes that put the history into context. Instead of just marching through each room wondering what we were looking at, our guide shared details of the rooms, paintings, what they were used for and the significance of each. Was a wonderful tour and a great value.

4.00We were very fortunate to have Adebayo Adeniyi as our tour guide. He has great knowledge and a very relatable way to teach us the amazing history of this palace. I would definitely recommend taking the RER-C train from Paris to Versailles. It took about half an hour and cost only €5 for the round trip!
