Join us on this 5-hour Panama City tour where you will visit the highlights of Panama including the awe inspiring Panama Canal, the glitzy Avenida Balboa, Old Town (Casco Viejo) and Artisan Market and Amador Causeway.

Your friendly, English speaking driver and tour guide will meet you at your Panama City lodging from where you will continue on towards Avenida Balboa and the beautiful Cinta Costera, with its breathtaking Panama City skyline sights and the famous Panama sign. As we reach Panama's old town, Casco Viejo, we will start walking along the many romantic alleyways and visit the four plazas, discovering historic buildings, cafes, unique boutiques, restaurants, bars and entertainment options. We continue to the Miraflores Visitor center, gazing at the huge ships traversing the Panama canal

Our tour is the ideal way to discover Panama City in just one day and a good way to start your Panama vacation before you journey to the other areas.

Observe the exciting activity of the Miraflores locks where you can marvel at the gigantic container ships making their approach into the locks lifting them above sea level. Stroll around the Miraflores visitor center and learn about the colorful history of the canal and its arduous construction. The visitor center also has a new IMAX theater, featuring a 40-minute documentary about the Panama Canal (optional for an extra cost of $17.22)

Excellent tour! I really enjoyed the visit to the Panama Canal and seeing the functioning of the Panama Canal and its excluses. Old helmet and causeway are spectacular. At the end of the tour Frank, our guide dropped us off at a restaurant in causeway to enjoy the gastronomy and sunset. Highly recommended Tao Travel 365. Spacious, clean vehicle and very good guide:)
