1.00Confusing directions for the meeting place lead to me missing the trip as the group left without me. No effort made to rectify this. However- top tip - you can join the line to go through security at the same time the tour was due to leave and manage to get a prime spot and it will cost you nothing.

3.00While the actual experience of seeing the Pope was pretty cool, this tour group was not. It was a chaotic mess after check-in. People were randomly standing, not knowing where to go. Our group left us and a few others behind without warning. Fortunately, we were able to walk in with another group. You really don't need to spend the money on a tour group. Do your research, the papal audience is free to get in, just plan ahead and it'll be a great experience!

5.00Sandra is the absolute best! So knowledgable- she knows the Vatican like the back of her hand. This was my second tour with her company and I was not disappointed. I would use her again and again- every time I’m in Rome- she’s great!
