5.00Irene is a very knowledgeable guide. She got our group moving as fast as able and she had a lot of information while doing that. The meeting point was quite far from the Vatican and with the volume of tourists that signed up…the meeting point was bumped up 20 minutes earlier…and although we got inside the meeting room…I talked to another pilgrim that were from a different group company…and they met at a later time and got in earlier than us. But this is not the fault of the guide…I just wish that with that big of attendees…the company should have more people checking in…so we can get in faster. Of course it did not help that there were other tour groups that jumped the queue line.
