4.00We stood in the line for people with tickets and when ours were scanned they said they had already been used and we couldn’t get in with them. We were told it was because we didnt buy the tickets on their official website. However, we spoke with someone who really was trying to help us but had no luck getting our tickets to scan properly. To our good fortune, she accepted our explanation that we really did buy them on a website we felt was reliable (Viator). So that someone else wouldn’t have to check the tickets, she sent us up on an elevator (not normally used by the public). After that all was well—the view is amazing from the top of the Arc de Triomphe!

1.00Free access on Saturday. You don’t need tickets! So this was a scam. Don’t buy tickets for a weekend, when I tried to get a refund they told me no.

5.00It was great. Fast and efficient lines. Not too crowded I missed the note in the emails ticket about the audio uploading to our phone in the app before we come. I listened to it later. Easy to get to with the Hop on and off buses. Glad I had read reviews about the underground access to arrive safely. The stairs going down were easy Great views and lovely day.
Do not buy this tour. It is a falsehood

5.00The views are incredible! What's not incredible are the hundreds of narrow steps for the climb up. This is to be expected in such a historic building. Would have paid more for a ride in the elevator, at least going up. Coming down was much easier!
