The tour was really good. Pierre was very engaging and there were lots of interesting facts about baking that we never knew. We came away with lots of lovely treats and feeling like we had a great Parisian experience.

Priya was fantastic! The staff met us with cafe and croissants! We then proceeded to get introduced to the making of baguettes (what flour and ingredients are used). The dough is made prior (because it has to be!) we weee taught how to shape a baguette as well as a “roll”. Then onto financiers- super easy and fun! Finally while those were baking - we weee taught how to roll croissants…. Amazing fun and educational. The neighborhood where this was located was quaint and had very nice shops (specialty tea, chocolate etc)

Pierre was an excellent host. He taught us all about how a traditional French bakery is run, showing the different areas for bread, pastries and cakes! We then got involved in the baking process and were able to take home lots of bread and cakes that we made!

I took my daughter on the baking class and we had such a great time. We rolled baguettes and croissants and made bread rolls and cakes. The host Priya was really excellent. She was informative and made everyone feel very at ease. We all really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend

Had such a fun time at the baking class! 🍰 We learned how to make financiers and croissants — both turned out amazing. Our instructor Nisha (the sweetest girl ever!) made everything easy and enjoyable. The whole staff was super friendly, and the baked goodies were absolutely phenomenal. Come over and experience it yourself — totally worth it! 🥐✨

Priya was so lovely as was the bakery! Since I was the only one I got to take everything we mare with me and my gosh so amazing. The drink included (I got black tea) was also lovely. I feel so much more knowledgeable about bakes goods! Priya was my guide and now a new friend, she was knowledgeable and kind. She definitely made my experience 1000 times better <3
