In a long forgotten (and now restored) French National Historic Monument, we will go inside a 'torrefacteur' -- a coffee roaster hidden away from the street -- where we will discover the process starting from the raw beans and ending in a croissant-and-coffee pairing worthy of Paris' reputation as pastry capital of the world.
