Our journey kicks off at the Galerie Vivienne, a neoclassical-style covered passage that has graced the city since 1823. From there, we'll venture to the Passage Choiseul, where over 600 feet of sunlit shops are nestled under a magnificent glass roof. Don't forget to glance down and admire the ornate tiled floor.
Our tour continues at the Passage des Panoramas, the very first covered walkway in Paris, constructed over two centuries ago.
Next on our journey is the Passage Jouffroy, a narrower passage adorned with glass and iron accents which even houses a quaint wax museum.
Our final destination is the Passage Verdeau, where antique dealers and vintage curiosities line the pathway. At each stop, your guide will unveil details you might otherwise overlook and recount the fascinating story of how these hidden passages became integral to Parisian fashion.

5.00Enjoyed seeing the Paris Passages tour with Katie. Have been to Paris several times and wanted to experience something we hadn’t done before. Walked through a number of the passages and Katie had very good explanations of them and several of the neighborhoods we walked through between the passages.

5.00We did the Paris Covered Passages Walking Tour this week. Our guide Maria was extremely informative. The only negative was completely our fault which was not knowing that many shops truly close for the month of August so many of the shops and cafes were closed. Also- many don't open until 11 am or later so I would recommend scheduling this tour later in the day... We learned so much about the history of the passages and Maria also gave us a time of good information regarding shopping in Paris café, etc. I would recommend this tour!
