1.00Got tickets for the Arc de Triomph in Paris and upon arriving was unable to open or load our tickets even after downloading the app and making an account. Had to hold up the line to call customer service and the people working there said they always have trouble with Viator. Finally got our tickets and they said they had been used already. Thankfully they let us through out of the goodness of their heart.
No Tour due to Government Shutdown.

2.00There was a government shut down that day we booked and the next day we had booked another tour. We did not get our money back for the tour, I wish we could. Viator is a great company and have used them before, and we will use them again. Thanks

1.00Proceed with caution. Bought tickets for September 20th. Turns out that was European Heritage weekend and admission was free for everyone. Am currently trying yo get a refund. Unreal that they would be selling tickets for that weekend.

5.00The Arc de Triomohe was closed on the day due to social unrest so we were unable to do the climb. But all of the cost was refunded very quickly and with no hesitation from Viator after contacting then
