This 3.5-Hour Food tour will take place around the Marais Area, in the third arrondissement of Paris, starting from rue de Bretagne, and ending at the Hôtel de Ville. Departing in Paris Oldest Market, the tour will take you to some of the most amazing food shops and artisans. Known as one of the most open-minded area of Paris, the Marais is home for the oldest market in Paris : le marché des enfants rouges. The Parisians love to stroll its aisles and indulge themselves with lots of fine product to try. Discover this iconic area and its secrets!

We signed up for a group tour, but were lucky to be the only ones attending. Bart met us on time and was friendly and full of information. Great conversation as we walked the streets. We sampled cheeses and wine, falafel, pastries, and jellies and jams. It was a decent amount of standing and walking, and by the end we were ready to sit down for a drink and another sample of cheese and bread. This last stop was the only disappointment. The small cafe was very smoky due to the cigarette smoke blowing in from people at the door, and the server was grumpy. One suggestion, maybe a chocolate shop could be added? That would have made the tour perfect!
Pierre and Lolla were awesome - we had a great time!

This is the second food and wine tour I booked for today. Both were cancelled. I believe it is because I booked it as a solo traveler. Either way, I am super bummed that the tour was cancelled at the last minute. I was really looking forward to first the Left Bank tour (cancelled), then the Marais tour (also cancelled).
Too few hours in Le Marais!

A great tour. We take all of our guest on this tour and everyone loves it. Every tour has been a different tour guide and every guide has been exceptional.
