You can access the site from the Esplanade des Invalides from 10 AM to 6 PM and from Place Vauban from 2 PM to 5 PM
The museum admission is free for those under 18 years of age but they will need a ticket to enter, but please note that an access pass must be collected from the museum office before entering.
Be aware that the museum office will close 30 minutes before the museum closes

Very easy to book. Tickets are received well in advance of visits. You don’t have to queue to buy your ticket to museums
