You will be in control of your creations from start to finish, from the moment you lay eyes on the recipe for the first time to the moment you take your creation out of the oven.
I will be at your side to guide you and to teach you, with full explanations, the techniques you need to guarantee your baking will be a success!
At the end of your experience, we can taste what you have baked and chat about your trip to Paris and I’ll also be happy to give you my culinary advice, recommendations and opinions.

Learn how to make the iconic French "Macarons"! In the 16th century, it was the favorite pastry of the famous French Queen Catherine de Medici. Since this day, many pastry chefs had and continue to have fun with this recipe, like Pierre Hermé or Cédric Grolet. Today, you can come and learn how to bake your 2020 version macarons ! During this interactive cooking lesson, you will be hands-on in the kitchen. Equipped with an apron and all the utensils you need, you will learn how to make your own macarons step by step, also picking the flavor of your choice ! We are professional chefs creating French culinary experiences. Our passion comes from our families and our precision from the chefs we have met. We crafted this hands-on, intimate experience for 6 to 8 attendees. Our fully equipped workshop. This building is rich with history as is...the heart of Paris! We are delighted to welcome our guests to our new pastry studio located in the Place des Vosges in the 3rd district. This is a historic location and we are thrilled to be a part of it! The Marais is renowned for its contemporary art galleries, young designers, & typically Parisian atmosphere.

5.00Had an 8 hour layover in Paris and thought, what is better than getting immersed in French cuisine! Nogo was a master chef that help me realize my dream of baking macarons with proper technique and explanation! Super cute location and well located in the heart of Paris. If you have a few spare hours, I absolutely recommend!

5.00This was a great class and family friendly! My kids, 5 and 7, needed little assistance and were able to fully participate. Everyone’s macarons came out great and my five year old said it was the high light of her trip!

5.00Best class ever! I have taken a few cooking classes while traveling and this was well organized, informative, and fun. The teacher was able to explain and help my kiddo with some of the steps/techniques, but she did it in a way that my kiddo didn't realize she was being helped which made a world of difference. She is very independent and likes to do things herself. We are so proud of our finished macaroons and can't wait to try this on our own back home. Merci!

5.00I had booked this for my family of 5, including 3 kids ages 6, 9, 11. We had a great time making macarons and our instructor (llena) was so patient and made it seamless and easy for us first timers. We were a few miniutes late and they were really patient with us and we started right away. The macarons turned out really pretty and delicious. It may be ambitious but I will have to try it at home because in class, everything was so perfect!
