A total waste of money; didn’t deliver product

1.00False advertising & representation. You sent incorrect information about which line to join at Notre Dame. After an hour on the wrong line we were told NOT to be on the reservation line. You subcontracted with a tour company wh sent links to audio guide that did NOT work. None of us could access the audio guide. We downloaded their app (who are they anyway??) and still NO audio guide access. I am disputing the $100 charge and will never use Viator again.

1.00There was no information on the location to pick up our tickets and the audio guide. We tried at Notre Dame cathedral but they said our voucher was with another company and they could not honor it. We wound up getting an audio tour through the cathedral at our own expense. The Viator voucher was worthless. Please don’t tell me the responsibility was due to the local tour company. I consider Viator equally responsible. It appears you do not monitor your local tour companies very well. I had a similar bad experience with a Viator booking at the Louvre today. Needless to say, I am disgusted with my Viator experience and find your business practices to be very shoddy.

2.00The audio guide was horrible. Not informative and wasn’t easy to find locations in the cathedral. Need to allow location which was not clearly stated. Line with reserved time similar to regular free line.

5.00Church was exceptional. Beautiful. There is currently no need to purchase an advance ticket . The “no ticket” line moved quickly in the early morning).
