There is a little bit of a line to get in, but it is worth the wait. If you happen to attend on a day when there are educational groups attending, you have to exercise patience. Somethimes the kids go right up front and make it a little difficult to take pictures.

We never received a ticket, only a voucher. When we presented the voucher the museum still charged us for a ticket. We essentially paid twice. It was very confusing and there was no assistance available. The museum is great. Visitor…not so much.

Museum was fabulous - it had been a while since we visited Musee d'Orsay. The regular line was loooong. There was no waiting at all to enter through the C1 door. Thank you Viator.

We wasted an hour because viator sent a pdf with the bar code to gain entry. The pdf would not open🤨. Why not just send a ticket with a bar code?? Customer service did respond and sent a new pdf that did open. Never had this two step dance before with them. The museum is spectacular.
