2.00I couldn't find the tickets Even though I had be charged for them. It took a half Hour standing at the door to find the right link to click that displayed it so we could get in. Just send the actual ticket to my email like a normal site. Don't make me jump through hoops and waste my time.

4.00Some floors may be closed. What we were able to see was fantastic and beautiful. It was very crowded so you need to be prepared for lots of people. The ambience is superb and very, very lovely.
