Should have had better instructions on where to meet. Maybe have a sign at the boat since the boat was behind another boat and wasn’t visible at all. We called the number and spent 30 minutes getting the wrong information. The actual dinner cruise was good. I would say a 3 out of 5. Room to improve on but a nice time. Food was decent but not the best compared to French restaurants. Wait staff could be more friendly.

It was a great cruise for the money. The food was very good. If you want to see more and have more photo opportunities, I would recommend paying a little extra for the top dining area. Overall good value.

Horrible, we arrived at the restaurant and we were refused access because there was a booking problem between viator and the restaurant they wanted to know nothing and rejected us without giving us any real explanation.

We did not have a very good time on this cruise. To start things off, the waitress spilled wine all over the table while trying to serve us, the boat left 30 minutes late, and we had to pay extra for a window seat even though the boat had plenty of them left. The waitstaff was not very friendly and everything seemed rushed. Once the boat did leave, they had exterior lights that ruined most of the photos we took, the outside deck area is quite small and it was hard to get a good picture spot in the small space with everyone else doing the same thing. The food was also very subpar. Everyone’s “steak” was white and it tasted horrible. The dessert was ok, but nothing spectacular. This was easily the worst food we had on our European trip. Save yourself the time and money and eat somewhere before and do a normal river cruise after.
