5.00This was a wonderful experience. Easy to find with my name sign. We were met with a huge smile and a helping hand for our luggage. Timely, just the right level of conversation- not to much and no large quiet gaps that feel awkward. Just a perfect ride to our hotel.

1.00More than 1 hour late, blamed it in parking, but all other picks up were on time. We were left alone waiting. Driver could hardly speak English and he seemed so frustrated and did not have the promised water. Wasn't a great welcome to Paris!

1.00Driver said nothing to us, grabbed one piece of our luggage at the train station and then walked very fast to where his car was. My daughter had to run after him and tell him to stop as he had been going through a maze of street intersections and so fast he was way ahead of my wife and I and we lost sight of him (we are both in our 60s) as we are wheeling large luggage each, in order for us to catch up to him. After getting into his car, he still had not said anything, no hello, how are you, welcome to Paris, etc. I asked him if he knew to go to the Melia Vendome hotel, and all he said was "Melia". When we got to the hotel he helped to get our luggage out of his car, said "Good Luck", and drove off. So he only said three words to us. Horrible lack of any personal kindness or attentive customer service treatment.

1.00Driver was not there when train arrived or we couldn’t find him. We waited 45 minutes after arrival and took a taxi. An hour and a half from when the train arrived I received a text asking when our train was due to arrive. Please refund my money

5.00Jean-Claude was fantastic. He met us at the end of the train and helped us with our luggage out to the car. The traffic getting away from the train station was insane but he was calm, cool and collected throughout. When we arrived at the hotel he even helped us into the lobby with our suitcases. My French is very little as was his English but we both (more he than me) knew enough to get the basics and get where we needed to go. We would definitely go this route again!!
