1.00Bioked a private driver for today, i saw it was available on Viator, then when i book and give them my pickup and location they said it was too late!???? i ask for a reschedule or for the driver to come another day but they just read my messages with no answer, WOULDNT RECOMMAND.

3.00I would say the service was ADEQUATE. Despite being asked by Viator for our itinerary, our driver knew nothing about it. Additionally he couldn’t speak English very well and that made it hard to communicate. We wanted to know if there was a more efficient way to carry out our itinerary but he couldn’t speak English and could not understand what we wanted. Notwithstanding, he was friendly and tried to be helpful. I just feel that what Viator promised and what they actually delivered were not the same. I feel that suggestions could have been made eg, start your trip after peak hour traffic (we spent a LOT of time in traffic). But on the whole, the service was adequate.

4.00The driver was great and took us around to Versailles and all the other top places. My only issue was that the van was not as up to date as expected.
