Hello. I just want to say that although I've done it several times, I'm not at all satisfied with my last trip. I explain to you , I had booked a cruise for 10/11 at 18:45 , and , following a demonstration in Paris , although the taxi driver did the impossible , we took 50 min to get to the dock , which means that we arrived at 18:47 in front of the boat which was still docked with the door open , I asked the employee if we could get on board , he said no , sorry .. we just had to take a step to get into the boat , he left to remove the moorings , I promised my wife this cruise, she was crying, and I was furious. Luckily, there was still an employee in your info office who offered to postpone the trip the next day for 40 euros per person which I obviously did all this to tell you that for 2 minutes, and a lack of fair play, this cruise cost me 357 euros and I don't tell you the taxi fare and a great frustration that didn't really allow us to take full advantage of it Regards Jacques Bonvarlet

It was a very nice cruise. They food and service were way above expectations. I would have liked to have someone explaining what we were seeing.

Views you can only get from the river. Cozy and warm inside, great food and a good singer. Food was excellent! Highly recommend this in particular.

Departure time is miss leading in the communication, it said 6:45 but boarding started at 6:15 and when we are arrived the boat had departed. We rescheduled but paid an additional $80euros. The food was actually pretty good but waiter begged for a tip and the service was not that good. Enjoyed the sunset and monuments along the Seine. Need better direction to meeting location!!
