3.00Our guide Zoltan did a great job throughout the day. It was disappointing to find out when we arrived for the tour that we had been attached to another tour group/company than who we had booked with. This made our small group tour considerably larger and after chatting with others on the tour we discovered we had paid substantially more for the same experience as everyone else. I would probably suggest that if the tour company can’t fulfill the booking and attach you to another company they should refund the difference in price. If your meeting point changes it is likely you are touring with a different company to this one that you are booking.

1.00Very disappointed. Came from the other side of the world to visit Normandy. Only to have my tour/reservation cancelled with only 24 hours notice. Left me with no other options when also including the strike action. I’d waited years to realise this dream. 😩

5.00Ryan, our guide, was a great educator during our day long tour. He used our travel time from Paris to Normandy to clarify what we desired to see/do & to share historical information. He was always eager to answer our questions. Ryan was also eager to learn from us as well. I would definitely recommend him!
