Prepare yourself, because you’re about to spend half a day exploring Paris with one of our friendly hosts. Although half a day could never be enough to take in the entire City of Light, having a host by your side will ensure you absorb as much of its authentic atmosphere as possible. Whether you’d like to tick off iconic views of Montmartre or the Champs Élysées, or simply explore the neighborhood where you’re staying, we’re here for you!
Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

3.00Be sure to ask for a guide who is truly fluent in your relevant language. Also, look for a guide that knows interesting facts about the area you are visiting as opposed to just walking aimlessly about the city and not really learning much at all. Totally defeats the walking tour purpose; may as well just do the Hop On Bus. My guide was average at best

5.00We only had 4 hours with Del, but could have used an entire day! She was so knowledgeable and really worked to show us areas we would not have explored on our own. Turned us on to super awesome aps for exploring.
First trip to Paris and was great to have a local show us both the more well known sites and some hidden gems customized

5.00Viator can be hit or miss depending on who they subcontract their tours to. Roffy (from City Unscripted) was an excellent guide and spent six hours with my nephew and I showing us around Paris including some of the more well known land marks along with some hidden "surprises". There were several places we went to that would never have been on our list given this was our first time in Paris so in my opinion, this tour was worth every cent to get a local perspective and see some lesser known things. Having a guide with a set route and plan also made the day much more efficient and we were able to pack in a lot. Roffy was an excellent guide. She is very knowledgeable and was fun to hang out with and the time flew by! I would highly recommend this tour (especially for a first trip to Paris)!

5.00Our guide, Roffy, helped us to fall in love with Paris!! We are from the United States, and quite honestly, when we first arrived in the city we decided we would most likely never come back. Now, because of Roffy, and her unique ability to communicate (both in language and her passion to understand who we were and what we wanted to see and experience), and the individually adapted tour (sites and insider tips) we cannot wait to come back year after year. Roffy’s pleasant and kind personality and her patience with us, being sure to explain history, the many districts (arrondissements) put us at ease and gave us an intense desire to keep exploring. Now, we are excited to continue navigating Paris on our own. We feel like we’ve found a new trusted friend and we most certainly plan to reach out to Roffy when we return to this amazing city.
