Bea was a delightful instructor! She explained all the steps throughly and was patient as we dug in and crafted our meal. Her knowledge and stories of Venice made the evening fun. We would recommend this class to others.

Such a great experience! It was so amazing for the cost and definitely a memory we will carry with us for a long time. Our teacher Alex was so amazing and she took the time to explain every step so we could recreate at home. She was so kind and we loved getting to learn more about her life. She made the whole experience fun and memorable!

Fiorella was a great host , very encouraging and friendly . I just felt that the set up wasn’t ideal . Only one sink available for handwashing prior to handling food , fiorella was a bit rushed with 10 students and although we made the pasta we didn’t make the filling or tomato sauce and ‘creating our own flavour gelato’ as per the description was basically being given the choice of adding 2 flavours of syrup to an already made gelato which actually was very icy and not great quality . I have been to much better classes for less money so this wasn’t value for money

Bea was a joy to learn from. She had everything highly organized, made her lessons seamless and was just fun to be around! We made recipes that that can be easily recreated at home at journey's end. I enjoyed the results and the wine pairings as well. Thank you for making it such a fun and comfortable experience.

This was the first time we tried a cooking class while on vacation and it didn't disappoint. Ottavia was our host/chef and she was excellent. She was patient with the class and offered individual help to each participant. However, there were two negatives with the class. The title suggests wine tasting wherein fact there was only one wine for tasting and only red wine. I only drink white wine so this was a disappointment. Secondly we were promised recipes and after 4 attempts to contact the company, I still haven't had a response.

We enjoyed this authentic experience, making two different kinds of pasta!! Our host Jeanne was fantastic! I do hope they email us the recipes of what we made as promised, we have not received anything yet.

Ottavia was a wonderful host, chef, and teacher! It was so fun to make the pasta, and learn a bit about the chemistry behind pasta dough, the history of pasta making in Venice, and Ottavia’s experience as well. We also got a chance to learn more about where our fellow classmates were from and their travels. A great experience all around, highly recommend!
