The pasta making experience was fantastic and lots of fun, and Giulia gave each person individual attention. The tour description seems a bit inaccurate or requires an update, as it mentions 4 wines with cicchetti and limoncello (we were offered two wines with our finished pasta- no cicchetti or limoncello), and creating your own gelato flavor was really just choosing a syrup to pour on it. This did not take away from the experience, but just something to be aware of if you’re booking for reasons other than the pasta class.

A creative and authentic experience of making two kinds of homemade pasta and creamy homemade gelato! Wonderful chef, beautiful location and overall great experience! Would definitely come again on a future trip!

This was a wonderful experience to do with kids. We learned how to make two types of pasta- we ate a delicious meal and learned how to make homemade gelato. The hosts were so helpful and generous with their explanations. We highly recommend this experience.

Uki was amazingly hospitable, knowledgeable and proficient! Do not miss this experience to learn about Italian food culture from a food researcher and native Italian. It was so much fun seeing the transformative power of food, enjoying the others on the tour, poking about in an historic building, myth busting Italian culinary facts, and EATING! This tour was worth every penny - super fun! And now, we can make our own pasta the Italian way!
