My husband and I attended this class and we had the best time. Francesco was a great host and teacher. I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn how to make great pizza and tiramisu. My husband is a tiramisu aficionado and says it’s the best he’s ever had!

Francesco was friendly and knowledgeable! We were welcomed with prosecco and lovely conversation. We had an intimate class of 6 which made us easy to ask questions and communicate back and forth with other class mates. He had many tips and tricks about traditional tiramisu and pizza making and finished with delicious wine! 10/10 would recommend!

What a great time with Denisse our instructor and two fellow classmates. Denisse explained everything clearly that even, the non chef, could understand and make my own tiramasu and pizza, and its so easy, ingredients, patience, and time is all you need, and a hot oven. My wife who is the chef was a pro at learning the techniques. Hopefully we can find similar flour in the USA, but Denisse told us what to look for, for flour, yeast, and real mozzarella. An amazing time, and even my pizza was delicious, I was amazed. Same for the tiramasu, normally it would have chilled longer per Denisse, but it was a perfect ending to our session. Highly recommended.

Our chef and her assistant were very welcoming and lovely. We made pizza and tiramisu while enjoy some bubbles and lemoncello! They were all lovely and we learned how to make from scratch. Would highly recommend :)

We had such a great time learning how to make authentic tiramisu and pizza from scratch! The chef taught us all the right techniques for crafting the perfect pizza, from kneading the dough to baking it just right. It was a fun, hands-on experience and definitely one of the best activities to do in Milan. Highly recommended!
