5.00I booked this tour for 10:00 am when I first booked. I then realized that I needed to move it to 9 am as to be able to do another tour in the afternoon. I was accommodated by the tour company. But, all my reminders came through by Viator for the original time of 10:00. I had booked 6 tours through Viator so I forgot the change I made. The tour company called me on the morning of the tour telling me we were late. Our guide Kevin very graciously agreed to wait for us since we were on a private tour with him. Kevin was amazing! We learned so much about Churchill's time just before the war. He made him real for us! Kevin even walked us to our next tour destination. A real gentleman!
