5.00Better impossible. The tour to the Great Wall was amazing. We booked the private transportation from and back to the airport PEK without tour guide. We had a transit from 5 til 14:30 and we had enough time at the wall to relax, walk, admire and then be back at the airport 2 hours and a half before the flight . I can highly recommend this tour operator. They wrote us within the next 5 minutes after I booked, and they were very clear so that we felt confident at all times. The driver met us with a plate with my name on it at the exit of the airport. Nevertheless, they also told us the name and plates of the car one day in advance, so that we felt even more safe. Exactly as explained in the tour option that we chose, the driver did not speak english, but he was always ready to use his translator. For an extra price an english speaking tour guide is available but I assure you, at least for us nothing more was necessary, and we didn't need to worry about any details. He bought the tickets we wanted for us: chair lift to go up and the toboggan to go down. A key aspect of this tour for us was their flexibility: our arrival time was early, so they were very kind to pick us up earlier and we could avoid every queue at the wall. 👌

5.00We had James as the driver on the Chinese wall tour. He was very attentive, helpful and very punctual. We arrived at the airport on time, so much so that we booked it again with a city tour. A 10!!

4.00Zou was an excellent guide. Even though we were unable to speak the same language, we downloaded an app and were able to communicate thru the app. He was pleasant and made for a fun trip. Highly recommend this trip.

5.00Had a short 7 hour layover in PEK airport. Rather than sit around the airport, decided to check out the Great Wall. Pickup, coordination and communications were super smooth. Do your research on YouTube for the temp VISA process to make things even easier. Driver for the tour was safe and smooth. Spoke good English. Helped purchase tickets for us and waited patiently till we finished viewing the wall. Would recommend.

5.00First of we was over an hour late getting out of the airport our tour guide was Gao and he was so helpful in very way. We had a 13 hour layover and we wanted to see the Great wall, go up it on the chair lift and back down on the tabbogans but he explained that as we was a little late getting out the airport we might not have much time to do it as the attractions close at 5pm but my man Gao must be an expert on mario cart BC he got us there safe n sound in no time n we had more than enough time to go up take a load of pictures walk down the wall a bit and tabbogan back down( which is insane). He literally ran us up and paid for everything along the way just to make sure we had enuff time. Once we got back to the airport Gao explained that we could even pay in our own currency as you have to pay a fee to change it at the airport. What a legend and what a layover if you have a layover more than 8 hours I highly recommend this private tour it was utterly perfect and Gao was amazing. Thank you so much Joe and Hannah ✌🏽

5.00Our flight had a 20h stopover in Beijing and we decided to visit the Chinese wall. After landing we got the visa quite quickly. Gao our driver contacted me immediately via SMS and WhatsApp. He was standing right at the exit with a sign with my name on it. We got some money together for the entrance and the gondola. Then we drove about 11⁄2 hours to the Chinese wall. Gao took us to the ticket office and got the tickets for us (which was great as it was all in Chinese there). After that we spent about 3h on the wall. Beautiful autumn day, see pictures. Gao waited for us in the car and then took us back to the airport. Everything super smooth and uncomplicated. Gao also provided us with water bottles. He spoke good English and we had a good conversation. Thank you for this lovely experience.

5.00Our driver Zuo was awesome, he arrived at the hotel on time and had us back to the airport at the time I requested. We did not get the whole package so our driver did not speak English fluently but Google translate bridged the gap. I was worried due to the time crunch, we literally had an hour at the wall at the most so I didn’t get the package. I planned to just go and take some pics and leave. Our driver/guide got us there, and we were able to take the chair lift up, take pictures and check out the wall and toboggan down. There is a shuttle bus you have to take from the visitor center to the chair lift which took away some time as well as buying the tickets for everything but our guide did it all for us. If you have 3-4 hours to run out to the wall, I highly recommend this.
