The tour starts with the pick-up at your accommodation in Munich at a designated time. The driver will introduce you to the specifics of the tour after which the tour commences with a drive through the Bavarian and Austrian Alps to our first destination, magical lake-town of Hallstatt.

Nested between the mountains and the lake, Hallstatt is known as one of the most photographed villages in Europe. During approx. 2,5 hour visit of Hallstatt, you can go to Sky walk 360m platform with breath taking views ,stroll your way along the Promenade into the colorfull town centar with numerous small shops. In order to make your visit to Hallstatt more memorable enjoy local delicacies and stroll by Hallstatt lake .

Our drive D was informative, friendly and answered all and any questions. Hallstatt was by far the most picturesque little town I’ve ever visited. Go there 1st. Salzburg has it’s own charm with the old town on the cliff and being the birthplace of Mozart. I would recommend this tour if you are looking for a day trip to Austria.

We had the most amazing day trip from Munich to Hallstatt with our driver, D. From start to finish, he made the experience feel like we were spending the day with an old friend. He was warm, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing insights about the region along the way that really enriched our trip. The ride was comfortable, the schedule was smooth, and D went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our private day trip from Munich to Austria. Romano, our guide, was prompt, engaging, knowledgeable and a great driver. He dropped us off at each location with suggestions on where to go and what to see which was quite helpful. He was responsive through WhatsApp throughout the day. Due to the nature of a private tour, we were able to be fairly flexible on the amount of time we spent in both locations. The whole day was lovely, one of the top 3 highlights of our time in Europe 2025.

Davor Trdak was absolutely excellent! He picked us up at the designated time. Very positive, professional, informative, knowledgeable and provided a private tour that was extremely accommodating. Davor was the best driver you could possibly imagine! He was welcoming, and we had many interesting conversations. The locations are insanely beautiful, we had a unique and special day, despite bad weather conditions.

We had a great experience. Our driver, D., gave us great tips for things to do and see, helping us make informed decisions in budgeting our time. The transportation was efficient, comfortable, and safe. All three stops were spectacular. This was a true highlight of our vacation.
