On our return trip to Munich our tour guide made us walk for about 45 minutes in the scorching heat all the way to the train station because she did not properly plan to avail the bus service

It was a lovely experience, the train was late to arrive in Salzburg. Our tour guide was able to have us seated and gave us lots of information about the area. She booked our group individual reservations at the oldest restaurant after the tour ended (she asked everyone before we got off the train if we wanted to eat there) . And when we arrived the busses into old town weren't running due to a music festival. She quickly adapted and all was good. The restaurant was delicious. Enjoyed our time there!
Maybe it was for those who were fluent in English.

The bar was too high for his half-English ability. We enjoyed the trip itself, but misheard the meeting point and time, so we had to go back to Munich on our own. Since there was a map distributed, I thought it would have been good if I had a guide write it down instead of making my own decision when I heard about the location and time.
