The tour begins with a visit to Linderhof Palace, where you will discover the secrets of King Ludwig II's hidden life. After exploring the opulent palace, a scenic drive takes you through only by Bus to Oberammergau without stop shopping.
You then arrive at Hohenschwangau, where King Ludwig ll spend most of his childhood. Here you can enjoy lunch (not included). Our final stop is Neuschwanstein Castle. Here you can admire one of Germany's most emblematic and impressive monuments.

Schloss Linderhof
Departing from Karlplatz 21 /Stachus at 08:30AM. Your first stop will be the stunning Linderhof Castle (UNESCO World Heritage since 2025) , arriving around 10:00 AM. The smallest of King Ludwig II's three royal castles, Linderhof was originally built as a hunting lodge in the 19th century. Designed in the elegant French Rococo style, the castle features a Moorish pavilion, which you can explore during your one-hour stay. You’ll also have the option to join a guided tour of the castle’s exquisite interior, where you’ll experience the luxurious chambers and intricate design of the palace. The guided tour lasts about 25 minutes. After the tour, take time to enjoy the impressive castle gardens. Stroll through the beautiful grounds and capture stunning photos of the castle and its surroundings.
Oberammergau

5.00OMG what a super day! Well organised with lots of time at the sights! I have to mention our tour guide, Pedro, fantastic! Not only did he sort timings perfectly he also reserved lunch tables for the whole tour bus! Would definitely recommend this tour plus the castles and towns are stunning!

5.00Beautiful castles and worth visiting! Tour guide was very nice and explained the history of the king and his castles. It was snowing but it looked beautiful. Dress accordingly and monitor weather, especially if you plan to go late November.

5.00Our trip from Munich to Linderhof Castle and Neuschwanstein was a truly memorable experience. Our driver, Goran, was excellent—very kind, professional, and made us feel safe throughout the journey. Hanae was our guide, and she was incredibly sweet, attentive, and accommodating to the entire group. Hanae was also very knowledgeable and kept us engaged with fascinating historical information. She began the tour by introducing the mysterious death of King Ludwig II, who drowned under unclear circumstances, and she cleverly tied this mystery back into the tour at the end. Her storytelling made us curious and encouraged us to think and share our own opinions. She is an intelligent and thoughtful guide who knows how to capture everyone’s attention and make the experience unforgettable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in these beautiful Bavarian castles. It was a well-organized, enjoyable, and enriching day from start to finish.

5.00We walked from Fussen and it was very nice because you walk along the sidewalk to the road and you see the castle from afar as you approach and you take very good pictures, but it is a walk of about 40 minutes approx. You also have a bus that takes you from the village for about 2.90 euros. Then when you arrive at the base of the castle there is another bus that takes you upstairs, but I do not know the cost. You have another climb of about 35 minutes quite pine but gradually it can be saved. If you have the visit at one as we try to eat before because upstairs between the visit and there is no restaurant, you are left without food. The visit lasts half an hour, but it is worth it. Then you have to go to the Marienbruke, the bridge from which the photos are taken from afar. Tip, past the bridge there is a path up to a balcony with better views, but it is a little abandoned and you have to be careful. As we were going in November and the light was running out soon we had to hurry up a bit. Then the return was by bus to Fussen because it was night and cold, around 7 pm. Back to Munich and eat, snack, dine all together. But the experience is worth it.

5.00Ursala our guide was fanatastic at explaining the day experience incorporating what we will see laced with history and a sense of humour, we saw amazing sights and experienced the charm of the castles, even though it was cold the weather was kind and saw the castles in all their splendour.

5.00The trip was very well organized and enjoyable. Monica (our guide) and Philip (our driver) were both excellent - Monica was very clear with instructions regarding timing, etc. and spoke on the bus before and after the tours regarding the history of the castles, Germany, etc., while Philip drove us safely and served up coffee, beer, soft drinks, etc. (at a minimal cost) when we stopped. Heads up that you will have to pay on the bus for your tickets to the castles (41 Euros per person at the time I’m writing this review). This is clearly stated when you book, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise, but mentioning it here because it did seem to be a detail that was missed by some people. Payment is by credit card.
