  This was a great trip as a solo traveller. Johnny was our guide and Philip our driver on the long day. Due to weather issues and heavy traffic, we were not able to do everything such as the view point for the castle and drive through Oberammergau, but that can't be helped during the winter when there was much snow on the ground. Fantastic day, two beautiful visits to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof with a safe driver and knowledgeable guide. Really enjoyed my day, thank you!!

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Over cost tickets

  The beautiful places. Guide Haine spoke the entire trip in English to the group when it was in English and Spanish. The basic and repetitive audio bus guide in Spanish. In addition we were charged 42 euros per person the entrance fee for both castles to the hurried over the bus lacking information and the price of the entrance fees provided was the first castle 10 euros and the second castle 20 euros totaling 30 euros per person and not the 42 euros charged. We were 4 people my family so I demand an explanation for the extra cost of the tickets or I demand the refund of the 48 euros overcharged by my family group, considering that we paid for the excursion at an excessive price that consisted only of round trip transfer of the castles. Also on the way back it snowed and the bus was congested in traffic delaying more than the count and instead of letting rest the guide kept giving recommendations that no one asked for at a very high volume and in English, it was very uncomfortable the truth.   It should be better known that you have to pay extra for tickets to enter the place (42€), ontop of what you already pay, and what you are then paying for is JUST transport in truth as both palaces have their own tour guide. However if you do want to do this trip going with a group is really the only and best way of doing it. The timing of the day was good, both palaces were worth seeing

  A lovely tour. Hanae gave us great information about Munich and the castles as we made our way to the locations but also allowed us time to enjoy the comfort of the coach and the beautiful scenery. Linderhof castle was a surprising highlight and we also loved seeing Neuschwanstein from Mary's Bridge and up close. Filip was an excellent driver and we were very appreciative of the ability to buy hot drinks on the coach for the ride home.

  A living fairytale. One of the most beautiful castles I have ever seen. The golden swan elements at Neuschwanstein castle are a masterpiece of true art. If you walk through the bridge near the castles you can take an extremely great photos

  Really enjoyable day out and it was worth the extra for the VIP coach package. I was solo and had a single spacious seat, and also drinks and snacks offered throughout the trip. Ample time given to explore and tours of the castle well organised. My tour guide was Monika and driver Vladi, both of which were truly awesome! I would recommend this trip from München. The Meeting Point is also central and very easy to find, right outside the Karlsplatz (Stachus) S-Bahn.

  Scenic fairytale castle that inspired Walt Disney. Booking essential. Anyone with reasonable fitness can do the 25 minute walk up the hill, or queue for the horse drawn carriage. Audio guide or one English tour per day with an actual guide. Tour good but all over in under 30 minutes. Rooms are extravagantly decorated as originally designed by the King. No photos, guide on following tour let of a barrage of expletives when someone contravened. After tour there is a shop, cafe and opportunity to take photos of view from a balcony. Bridge is currently closed because of weather, you can walk up to it but not access the view. Took Flixbus from Munich bus station, which was comfortable and quicker than train.

  The tour was fantastic from beginning to end! Sven was a fabulous guide, super personable and informative. Our driver was very professional and accommodating. He made whole 10hr journey smooth and enjoyable with beverages and Bavarian pretzels. My wife and I would highly recommend utilizing this tour to see the castles in person.
