5.00Allesandro was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. He has extensive knowledge of the area and well beyond. He shared information about the sights we were seeing, gave excellent recommendations and shared his knowledge of his entire country’s history, culture and politics. A seamless and comprehensive tour which felt personable and well researched. Cannot recommend highly enough.

5.00We had an amazing day with Sandro! He was very informative and kept us all on schedule so we were sure to see everything. The castles were fantastic and our whole family enjoyed this day trip. The countryside was beautiful and we liked having a driver so we didn't miss the amazing scenery. He gave us a lot of history of Bavaria and its Kings. He recommended a great place for lunch in Oberammergau. He even made sure we had some extra time at the end of the day for our kids to play in the snow at the last stop. We had been on a river cruise and stayed a few extra days in Munich so this was our last day of our vacation. It was the perfect way to end it. Sandro even went above and beyond helping us reclaim our luggage that had been lost for 10 days from the airline. We mentioned that we had been trying to get our bags that we tracked to Munich airport and he called a friend to help us. He sent messages all day to his friend while we were touring and they were able to find our bags for us before we flew home the next day. We had been trying for 10 days without any luck.

5.00I highly recommend the private tour of the Neuschwanstein and Linderhof palaces. We were picked up on time and driven in warm comfort with an informative guide in Martin. Getting into the palaces was easy and Martin gave us plenty of time at each location for the tours and taking photos. He also took some fabulous photos for us. We would definitely do this tour again.

5.00We booked this tour on a Sunday to Maximize our time in Munich. Julia arrived early at our hotel to pick us up . On our drive she shared useful information about the castles we were visiting and our plan for the day. She helped with family photos through out the day. The Castle and palace tours were given by guides at each location. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see and do as much as they can while Germany. We had a great time.

5.00It was wonderful having a private tour guide to pick us up and drop us off at hotel. He had our tickets and arranged everything even a place to have lunch. Lucas was so personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour to see the castles and surrounding area.

5.00All the group tours were sold out so we took a chance on the private tour with less than 24 hours after booking. It was worth it! Bruce was a fantastic guide and was flexible with our schedule and interests. We never felt rushed and were able to see the castles and other locations that interested us. I highly recommend the trip and am extremely grateful we were able to go on such short notice.

5.00Choosing a private tour to the castles was absolutely the right choice for our family! We had an amazing time and our guide, Lucas, was fantastic! He took care of everything for us, showed us some amazing sites, and gave us the flexibility to alter the day as we wanted to. We had such a good time we booked another tour with him for the next day, which was also great (it ended with pretzel making)!
