  The pick up location was a little confusing to find. The bus was very clean very nice. The snacks and drinks were a definite plus. The guide was interesting and friendly. I expected him to accompany us more rather than arrive at a location and say I’ll get the tickets in here you go. But I liked it when he was talking. He had a lot of very helpful information. His recommendations for Restaurant were spot on. Enjoyed them very much. Both castles were fascinating. Absolutely love the Tours well-timed just made it back to the bus walking down from Neuschwanstein so maybe that was a little tight Other than that a perfect day

  A very well organized and informative trip. We were looking forward to seeing Neuschwanstein Castle fos a while now. Not knowing what to expect from this trip, we were surprised at how good it was done. The guide, Sabine, was helpful and friendly. The bus was nice inside, with good snacks and drinks.

  Excellent experience with our fantastic guide Sabine! She was so knowledgeable, gave some hints and tricks to find some excellent pictures. She even helped me cross the bridge when my fear of heights got the better of me. I cannot say enough on how amazing my trip was, by far one of my favorite experiences!

  Very nice private transportation with welcome bag and knowledgeable guide. Beautiful sights and great to go to Neuschwanstein as the second stop.

  Both castles are magnificent and so interesting to see. There is a lot of walking involved in this excursion. I really enjoyed learning about King Ludwig II and seeing the Bavarian countryside.
