Booked this tour for clients and they loved the experience -- particular the cheese and prosciutto tours. Tour guide and driver were both excellent and knowledgeable. They really enjoyed lunch too. A few call outs -- it would be helpful to include recommended attire in the activity details. Clients wore sandals but closed toe shoes would be much more appropriate for this tour. They also selected the pickup from Bologna, but the driver didn't have water and the drive was around an hour and a half -- so that would've been nice to be able to prepare for. Lastly, they did feel a bit rushed at the balsamic factor, and felt there was an opportunity for that to be a bit more leisurely and detailed. Like I said, overall they really loved this day and rated it five stars -- just a few call outs for potential improvement in the future!

This tour was one of the most memorable highlights of our trip to Tuscany. Our guide was waiting for us when we arrived early at the meeting point. This allowed us to experience the full end-to-end process. We were not rushed and our questions were answered beyond our expectations. We now know everything behind the foods we love so much.

Our Tour Guide, Giulia, was so interested & excited by her career, that she was continuously smiling, & her eyes were twinkling with excitement. I even mentioned that to her. The 2 tours she gave were fascinating to listen to/learn about, as we enjoy both cheese & prosciutto immensely! We had an enjoyable conversation with Giulia at the restaurant and the food was delicious! The vinegar tour given by Alessandra was also interesting and the vinegar was very tasty.

Despite the wet weather our tour of the parmagiano, prosciutto, and balsamic vinegar enterprises went very well. Julia our guide was knowledgable, attentive and charming. We were served a delicious lunch and shipped home outstandi,g vinegar. It was a lovely day and a high-point of our visit to Italia.

Great day traveling around Emilia Romagna visiting delicious family owned businesses making the best prosciutto, Parmesan and balsamic. It was a lot of driving because we started in bologna but it was well worth it. Monica our tour guide was fantastic and did a wonderful job with the tours and sharing her knowledge of the area on the drive. During lunch we enjoyed some traditional regional food and wines that were delicious. She was very accommodating and even took us for desert at a wonderful organic Gelateria in Parma.
