4.00Very nice authentic driver with a lot of knowledge about Florence. Was very pleasant, also our son (14) liked it well. What is still missing on five stars would have been a few stops to be able to visit some things briefly inside. Nevertheless, we would do the tour again.

5.00Our guide was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a spectacular experience. We booked the 8pm tour and it was perfect, we got to see the beauty of Florence with a sunset that was spectacular. 10/10 highly recommended.

5.00We did the 8pm tour and it was wonderful! We saw the sun setting over the Florence skyline and the evening was breezy even though the day was very hot. Our guide was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

5.00We had a wonderful time seeing the sites of Florence. Our tour guide was very nice and attentive. We took the extra tour to see Florence from on top of a nearby overlook, and that was the highlight of the tour. Would definitely recommend.

1.00Personally I think this tour is not worth the money or time. The tour shows you mostly partial sights, it is hurried, the people that are seating looking at the back do not see much (celing mostly covered), it is a recorded guide, and sometimes is hard to follow what they are explaining. the driver was vey kind and tried to explain places but we did not speak italian so we did not understand much. Additionally, the streets are not in good condition so it is not a smooth ride. The only thing worth it is going to the top of Michelangelos plaza but this tour did not include it, we had to pay extra. But you could easily get there by taxi for mich less. We also took the 6 pm tour which has a lot of sun. Finally, just to be clear, the driver DOES NOT stop for pictures, so if thats your objective you will be dissapointed.

2.00Not the best. Audio did not work on all locations, came through in the wrong language on occasion. Driver clearly knows the name of buildings but would kind of point and was hard to hear or understand. Seemed like a nice person. Offered to drop us off at a location before the meet up spot and when I looked back female person from the business jumped in the golf cart. It is hot and crowded and was the end of a day, I get it but this was not worth the money spent.
