Start your day early from Reykjavik and drive directly to Thingvellir National Park (around 45 minutes' drive). Spend a couple of hours exploring the park, taking in the scenic landscapes, and learning about its historical significance.

5.00The tour provided by Iceland Odyssey was amazing! Vladi was very nice and provided lots of information during the tour. He was also very flexible and gracious with us when we asked to make a last minute trip to the market. We had had the best time on this tour.

5.00Vladi our tour guide was very polite and punctual and we fit in everything on that list plus more as we ended up accidentally booking blue lagoon instead of the local sky lagoon plus wanting to get some snacks at the gas station. The van fit all of us very comfortably as well and though tired after having just arrived at airport it was a great way to jump right into experiencing some features of Iceland right away!
