• Great experience in Dendera with Ahmed

  After an initial mixed experience with a guided visit, followed by an excellent tour with Barakat from Inspired Egypt Tours, we decided to book again with the same operator — and it was absolutely the right decision. They suggested a visit to the Temple of Dendera with Ahmed as our guide, and this turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Dendera is a truly impressive temple, slightly off the standard cruise route, with more local Egyptian visitors and a calmer, more authentic atmosphere. Ahmed is an outstanding guide. His English is very good, allowing for in-depth conversations, questions, and nuanced explanations. He has a deep knowledge of Egyptology and history, but — just as importantly — he knows how to connect concepts and explain them in a way that is engaging and accessible for visitors with an interest in history, even without advanced background knowledge. He also gave us enough time to explore and take photos at our own pace, which we really appreciated. We would also like to highlight Mohammed’s excellent driving. He navigated the roads efficiently and calmly, choosing the fastest and smoothest routes, which made a long day of travel much more comfortable and stress-free. After Dendera, we visited the Luxor Museum with Ahmed, where his explanations of selected pieces added real depth and context to the visit. His storytelling made the museum come alive and helped us better understand the historical significance of what we were seeing. We are travelers who enjoy a slow, unhurried pace, and this tour adapted perfectly to our rhythm. We were able to stop for a coffee, take breaks when needed, and enjoy the day without feeling rushed or pressured at any point. Overall, this was a fantastic experience — well organized, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely enjoyable. We highly recommend Inspired Egypt Tours, and especially Ahmed and Mohammed, for travelers who value knowledgeable guides, good communication, skilled drivers, and a travel pace adapted to the traveler rather than the clock.

  Aladdin was a great tour guide. Very warm, friendly and easy to speak with. He has a great knowledge of things and speaks excellent English. Aladdin got some epic photos and videos. The driver was great too. There were other pleasant perks along the way. Overall, do not hesitate to go on this tour and see this incredible temple. You won’t regret it

  My family went to Dendera. Aladdin, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable and easy to explain, and it was a fulfilling time. I am familiar with photo spots and I also have good photography skills, and I received many good memories. The children were also having a great time and it was a very satisfying day. Inspired Egypt Tours is a very reliable company.

  We took part in the Temple of Dendera in Luxor, Medinehab, Valley of the Nobles and Deller Medina. My guide Aladdin was very kind and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed it. I was also familiar with camera points, and I was able to make good memories by having a lot of photos taken. Along the way, they also suggested lunch at Howard Carter House, which was a great day. It is a tour company that you can recommend.

  A really immersive and unique tour with Ahmed. You get insights into the Egyptian history you won't get in other places. Dendera has its own mysterious and breathtaking history. You will see things that questions reality. Highly recommended!

  This was a last-minute decision, and I’m glad we chose Aladdin and his team to take us to Dendera. Aladdin contacted me past midnight, right after I completed the booking on Viator. They pick you up from anywhere in Luxor, so I was able to choose the most convenient location. We arrived a few minutes early, and our driver Yousef was already there. He is an excellent driver, and we were able to communicate without any major issues, even though he speaks just a little English. He drove safely the entire time, and the trip to Dendera was very pleasant. The car was immaculately maintained, well-equipped, pristine, and very comfortable—a modern, new SUV with plenty of legroom. On the way, Aladdin called us to check how everything was going and to ask if we needed anything. Both Aladdin and Yousef were flexible with the waiting time, which allowed us to explore the entire temple, go down into the catacombs (unmissable, do it!), climb up to the rooms located on a sort of mezzanine accessible through a very steep staircase and then through a very narrow window (you have to squeeze through like a cat, but it’s totally worth it!), go up to the roof, patiently look through every room, and take thousands of amazing photos and videos. I explained to Aladdin that we are not the typical tourist that just rushes through with a quick glance, and he was very kind and understanding, letting me explore the complex for 3 hours! At the end of our tour, Yousef kindly offered us refreshing drinks, which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, I never carry cash with me and couldn’t give him a better tip, which he truly deserved for his patience, politeness, punctuality, flexibility, and for thinking ahead that we would be thirsty and tired after walking so much in the temple. In summary, it was a unique experience—not only because of what we saw in Dendera, but especially because of the excellent service my husband and I received from this tour operator.   We had the most amazing day visiting Dendera and Luxor Temples with Aladdin as a small group of friends travelljnv through Egypt together. This was my 2nd time visiting Egypt and using Aladdin's Tour Guide services. He is extremely knowledgeable and interesting. We felt very well looked after and safe.
