Kyoto keeps traditional arts and beauty alive, but the busses and subways can be confusing and provide challenges for those with walking limitations. At Japan Guide Agency, we want everyone to experience Kyoto so we are happy to provide this customizable, private guided tour with a vehicle!

Join us on a tour of Kyoto to see Kiyomizu Temple as it towers over the historical Gion district, famous for its rich history of geisha. The bamboo forest of Sagano and the gardens, shrines and temples in Kyoto will provide you with a window into old Japan.

Once your reservation is made, a guide will contact you to plan your personalized tour. Choose 4 to 5 spots from ‘Tour Details’ to visit. Whether you are a history buff, love Japanese architecture, or just want to enjoy a green tea parfait, Kyoto has something for you!

JGA is as amazing company. There was a mix up in tour guides but the tour company worked so hard to fix it and kept in constant communication with me. Great great service. We toured the major attractions of Kyoto in one day comfortably and efficiently. It was amazing to have Yuki as our guide who told us about the history and customs of Kyoto. She did a great job of accommodating the needs of everyone on the tour and changed it to fit our group. English was easy to understand.

Yuri-San was an excellent guide. Very informative about the sights that we went to. Kept us on time for the sights that I wanted to see, even made time for a couple extra stops on the way. The driver was very courteous and safe

A fantastic tour! Emi did a fantastic job crafting a custom tour and sharing her knowledge of Kyoto with us. It was great for us since we only had a couple of days in Kyoto. We managed to hit all the major spots in the span of a few hours. And Emi did a great job of providing context and insight at every site we visited. We had a great time and we highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Kyoto! 🌸🌸🌸
