Was it perfect, no, however it was fun. Alvin and his sidekick, Mario, did a good job. No rushing, no pushing to buy from vendors and willing to stop at a grocery store before heading back. They were knowledgable, personable and were quick to make sure we were good before moving on.

Our guide, Arturo was amazing! He shared so much knowledge from his local perspective. The stops he planned, including the meal, were excellent. Couldn’t have had a better excursion! Such a joy to spend our time in Cozumel with him!

Good tour stayed to pick us up even after port was delayed food and tasting was good. Tour guide was good and knowledgeable.

Had an absolutely amazing time on this tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and incredibly funny. Despite the fact that he'd given the rest of his team the day off and had not expected an impromptu tour today, he still was so passionate and patient with us. Our tour took about 4.5 hours total, but I had to move a little slowly, which he also handled so well. The views were incredible, and he knew several quiet spots that I felt so lucky to get to see. Personal, private, practical -- basically, it was a perfect tour.

There were six of us in our family of various ages, and we all enjoyed this trip very much. We had the van all to ourselves, which allowed us to make requests to make the trip more suitable for our group. Our guide was kind and discreet. We never felt like he was hovering. He got us back on time. He was a good driver. We felt safe with him. If you are looking for a more private tour, we highly recommend this tour company. PRO TIP: The ship kept CST, and the drivers kept local time. This can cause issues meeting up with them.

Great tour. Not just another booze cruise or tourist trap. Ramses, our tour guide, made our day so special. He was knowledgeable, funny, patient, and kind. He tailored the experience to our preferences and didnt pressure us to do anything we didnt want to. He showed up on time and got us back in time for our dinner reservation. We learned a lot about Cozumel and Mayan culture, wildlife, plants, it just felt like he gave us the total package. I cant say enough good things about Ramses and the tour in general. From old churches to Mayan ruins to jungles and beaches and a delicious meal, we had such a wonderful time! We would definitely book more tours with Smiggie's and hope to see Ramses again. 100 stars!!!

Felipe was a wonderful guide! We saw and enjoyed places we had not known about. His knowledge of the area and the people are amazing.

Bring good hiking shoes, some of the terrain is a bit challenging , but worth it to see some of the ruins

We were told we would be met at the cruise port in Cozumel. We hunted for an hour trying to find their representaive all over the cruise port. No one knew of their location.we tried to call the phone number given, but got menu, could not talk to real person. After over a half hour past meeting time, we gave up our surch and rented a cab and did our own tour. Cost us $300 and lost the $410 we paid Vialor. We will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.

Jordan was an outstanding tour guide! The communication and instructions were perfect and the tour was too notch! We really loved the tequila tour and we even saw Pancho! We saw all the sights and had a delicious beach lunch - even though the weather was gloomy - the tour was awesome!!
