Excellent communication: Clear directions were provided for finding our driver. Our driver called to ensure our arrival, assisted in finding our way to meet him, and he provided excellent commentary during our ride to the hotel. Prompt, excellent service was provided!

Kept getting emails to confirm pick up and drop off. Left messages for pick up and drop off including time. Landed at the airport and driver called me. I told him we just landed (early) and we need led to get luggage and go through customs and immigration. I couldn’t really hear him very well. He didn’t say where to meet him. Once through we looked for him. Not there. Tried calling and texting. He finally texted the following: This means that your booking was made incorrectly. I cannot do the job because I'm far away from the airport so I think it's better for you to talk to the company where you book the transfer and see if they can sort you out. I'm sorry but I can't help you more than this. So we ended up taking a taxi for less than half the cost and no problems. Would not use this company again.
