1.00Our flight was delayed and we contacted them immediately to notify them of the change. Transferz neither replied or contacted us to confirm change. The driver called trying yo.pick ua up on the original flight. We called Viator to help us and they did call the local operator. Do not use them for transfer service! The company refused to pick us up or refund the cost of the minivan. Poor customer service or flexibility with flight delay. Do not use them for transfer service!

1.00Kept getting emails to confirm pick up and drop off. Left messages for pick up and drop off including time. Landed at the airport and driver called me. I told him we just landed (early) and we need led to get luggage and go through customs and immigration. I couldn’t really hear him very well. He didn’t say where to meet him. Once through we looked for him. Not there. Tried calling and texting. He finally texted the following: This means that your booking was made incorrectly. I cannot do the job because I'm far away from the airport so I think it's better for you to talk to the company where you book the transfer and see if they can sort you out. I'm sorry but I can't help you more than this. So we ended up taking a taxi for less than half the cost and no problems. Would not use this company again.
