1.00Our pickup at the Paris airport was exactly as expected. Our return trip to the airport was unacceptable. Despite confirming the pickup time at our hotel several times, our driver did not arrive on time. When contacted the company to inquire I was told the driver was delayed by traffic due to an accident. When another driver finally arrived and drove us to the airport, I was charged 50 Euro for the trip, even though I had previously paid for a return trip. And we were too late to catch our flight, so we had to book another flight for the next day (at great expense) and find a hotel at the airport. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor service.
