5.00Wonderful, friendly service. Our driver, Martino, was fantastic. He sent us a text message and WhatsApp message upon our arrival to the airport. He waited patiently for us to collect our bags and take our two young children to the bathroom. He assisted with our luggage and was overall very kind and friendly. He helped us install the car seats they provided. We felt safe with his driving. If you’re traveling with a family, this is the way to do it! It made the trip from the Catania airport to Taormina much easier after our long flight with two young children.

1.00We were deeply disappointed by our experience. Despite confirming our reservation in advance, the driver never arrived and failed to notify us of any change or delay. When we followed up, the response we received was not only unapologetic but shockingly unprofessional—complete with disparaging remarks about our home country, which were entirely inappropriate and offensive. Travel can be unpredictable, but respect and professionalism should always remain constant. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and improvement in how future customers are treated.

3.00The extra tour was not worth the price. Tour guide very uninformed. Lots of road construction in Catania and guide had little knowledge. Very boring.
