5.00This is as good as a transportation company gets. They sent me a message when the flight arrived giving me instructions with pictures on how to find them after picking up our luggage. They meet us at the designated point with a card with my name and walked us to our vehicle who took us immediately to our destination. Thank you for a great experience.

2.00Our booking confirmation describe an executive car, MB E-series or similar. Our ride was a Prius taxi. Paid for one thing but got another. We did arrive at airport safely, but drive drop us off a long distance from the ticket counter.

2.00While the driver was polite. I am very tall and need the comfort of being in the front seat otherwise my back will ache. I asked the driver in the beginning for the front seat. He came up with excuses why this could not happen, though the seat only had his bag on it. Luckily the drive to the airport was short.

5.00Excellent service.Driver was early at our hotel and helped us with our many bags. I would highly recommend this company. I appreciated when I booked the transfer that the dispatcher suggested a very early pick-up time and I am glad she did because it took more time at the Zurich Airport versus other airports because of its size. Because of the excellent dispatcher, we had plenty of time and were not rushed. Very nice driver, too!
