5.00The agency was incredibly reactive on whatsapp. The driver picked us at oir hotel at the defined time and dropped us at the airport as agreed. Transport and organizatiln were smooth.

5.00Private transfer is the way to go! It was $69 USD from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and the same for a ride back. Driver was early and car was spacious and clean. Was a peaceful ride and we didn’t need to worry about directions or where to go. Seamless ride!

1.00Car did not arrive on agreed time. Tour operator had no initiative to message us before the actual date to confirm details. They did not provide car number or local number. So I messaged them before the date to confirm, and they confirmed pick up at our hotel. However on the date itself, there was no sign of the car or guide. After waiting 15 minutes past the agreed time, we called Viator and they could not reach operator. Eventually we manged to reach them and got our car but ended up leaving almost 40 minutes later.
