5.00We had a wonderful experience today with Elias. He was so knowledgeable about the beauty of Puerto Plata. He took us to all the right spots showcasing the city’s natural landscape as well as teaching us about the cultural history of this charming port city. Our favorite stop was lunch that felt like a home cooked meal just for us.

5.00Ismael is from the island and was very knowledgeable on anything you would want to know about the culture in the history of the Dominican. It is completely customizable and we did everything exactly as we wanted to do with his guidance. We highly recommend this tour company.

5.00Ismael provided the most professional, fun, and historic excursion. He took us to all the touristic places but also to the local market to drink fresh juice and to an amazing local lunch. You cannot go wrong booking him. He can accommodate a small or large group and has the most immaculately clean van. Did I mention he can make drinks and has cold water? The best!

5.00The tour was very professional with quality vans staffed with professional drivers and guides. Our guide was also the owner of this family operated tour company. He taylored our experience to our group preferences and interests. The highlight of the trip was probably our group family style lunch at a local restaurant. It was very tasty and authentic. Overall this was probably our best shore excursion we've done while cruising. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic.

5.00Ismael was a professional, informative guide who treated our family like his. Our group was driven in a clean, brand new van and we saw many sights of the city often missed by tourists. We had a delicious authentic lunch and Ismael took our photos throughout the day. He accommodated our family who had limited mobility and needed dropped off close to the port. We also liked supporting a local family business like Ismael's. If we come back to the DR in the future, we would definitely reach out to him for another tour and highly recommend ITT for anyone wanting a unique, immersive experience in the area.

5.00We had a wonderful time on our private city tour of Puerto Plata. Ishmael was very responsive to all communication leading up to our tour. He took us to many local places to get us away from the cruise ship crowds. He was very attentive and made sure we also went to the places we wanted to go such as the cigar factory, chocolate factory and where to purchase coffee. Fantastic tour! Highly recommend Ishmael!

5.00Elvin did a great job showing us the beautiful hot spots of the City. Front door service to all locations. He took great care of us and was happy to take photo ops for us. The meeting point is a bit of a distance from the port. Be sure to follow all the way past the lazy river to the taxi location. Go past all the white mini van, around the circular sidewalk. He will be outside the security entrance/exit. Holding a sign with your name.
