The tour guide that we had brought us to the major areas, such as the town center, pink street, and umbrella street. We went to the beach, and rented chairs and an umbrella for $25.00. The chairs were in good shape, but they were crammed in close together. We were not provided water or soda, but were able to purchase them.

Our tour guide Joseph Alvarez was absolutely amazing!!! He totally customized our tour for us as we dont drink he skipped the rum factory for us and gave us so much more. We got to see everything he took great pictures of me and my husband everywhere and gave us all the time we wanted at every stop to explore. He made this experience all around fabulous!! He was also so knowledgeable about and gave us so much great information on everything in the city and the country side

The answer is yes!!! Our tour from this company was amazing. I can’t say enough about Kelvin and our experience for the day. This went way beyond our expectations. This last visit to one of islands was phenomenal. Every place we visited was outstanding. Did I mention the customer service? Kelvin made us feel like we were the only on the island. My wife cried when she got back to the ship. Thank you for the value and impact.

We enjoyed the trip. Driver took us to the pink street, the umbrella street, the big church and then the beach. He was very knowledgeable about the history and spoke English well enough.

Jesus Castro was perfect. Whenever we needed help he was there. He helped us design our tour. He knew when to talk and when silence was gold. His van was clean and perfect for the 4 of us. Ask for him!

What a great tour with Elian! We had a wonderful time touring the city and learning about Puerto Plata. Elian customized the tour to our interests and took great photos for us. The beach we visited was perfect with beautiful sand and water and private, but had a stand to get drinks and food. Would 100% recommend this tour! We will use them again on our next visit!
