Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

The arrival process at the airport was very smooth and professional. They had all the paperwork ready and we got right on the shuttle and were on our way. Maybe 5 minutes tops. The pick up at the end of the week was right in time and also very professional. Both drivers were friendly and made the trip enjoyable.

Very easy to use this service and it was nice to not be crowded in a bus with a bunch of people. I watched the videos of how to find my driver upon arrival, but there was no one holding a sign with my name. There are a lot of employees with DAT shirts and when I asked them for assistance they were all helpful. 10/10 recommend

On time and great professionalism! The drivers were safe and courteous and had cold bottled water for us upon arrival. They were super easy to contact when we experienced travel disruption and responded in minutes to our communication. Highly recommend!

Friendly, on time, punctual. Made us feel very welcomed to the Dominican Republic. Was a wonderful experience. We felt like the driver was family by the time he dropped us off.

Drivers were right on time. Even waited for us a couple hours for flight delays. It was a smooth and comfortable ride with plenty of A/C. No issues at all and would use again!
