Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00Great experience! Even more amazing driver! Booked a trip last minute with my family and DAT was more than accommodating. Plan to use them again when we return. The driver gave us insight on everything PUNTA CANA, the best resorts, the best places to go outside the resort, and even had nice cold water waiting for me and my family. They even provide car seats if you need one. I didn't have to wait; they were right outside with my name on a sign (which my daughter loved). 10/10 experience!

5.00This was my third time using DAT Transfer Company, and once again, they delivered excellent service. Even though our flight was delayed, the driver was already waiting when we exited the airport—no waiting, no stress. The transfer started immediately, which was exactly what we needed after a long flight. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was courteous and professional. Communication before the trip was prompt and clear, just like in my previous experiences. Overall, DAT has consistently provided smooth, reliable transfers. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue using their services in the future.

5.00Super easy and convenient. Definitely worth it to book it with them for travel transportation round trip. Pick up from airport took only 5 minutes and they have a representative with a sign right outside the customs exit waiting for you. Also, the pickup from hotel went smoothly. The driver came a few minutes early. Both vehicles were clean and had ac. It was nice to have the whole shuttle to ourselves.
