Upon landing, passengers must first clear Immigration, and then proceed to the luggage claim area to collect their bags. After retrieving all luggage, passengers must proceed to the Customs area. Once Customs is cleared, passengers should exit the terminal promptly without engaging with solicitors. Passengers will be met outside the terminal building by their assigned Driver, who will hold a sign with their name. The Driver will assist with luggage and transport passengers to their hotel. For departure back to the airport, pickup time will be communicated after the reservation is received. The Driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a meeting card with the passenger's name, ready to transport them back to the airport.

5.00No waiting when we arrived in Punta Cana Airport. Driver was holding sign with my name on it and car was ready on arrival. Very friendly and courteous driver. I was very satisfied with the service I used it again from Royalton resort to Punta Cana Airport. Driver was 10 minutes early. Helped us with our luggage. Very courteous and on time. Driver was friendly and spoke English well. Will use this company anytime I’m in Dominican Republic and will highly recommended to friends.

5.00We booked round trip transport to and from the airport for a family of 4. The drivers were friendly and on time. The vehicles were clean. The booking process was easy. I would definitely use DAT again and recommend them to others.

5.00Timely, reliable, organized and professional, I would definitely book again. We had peace of mind travelling as a family in a foreign country. Just make sure you pass through all the other people grabbing at you and make your way outside the airport where your transfer will be waiting with a sign with your name on it.
Something worth experiencing at least once in life.
