Vinicunca Mountain
The rainbow mountain or hill of colors (Vinicunca) is the new wonder of Peru and is located at approximately 5,000 meters above sea level, near the snow-capped Ausangate, which is the highest peak in the Cusco region. The road to reach this sector is moderate difficulty and lasts one hour and thirty minutes, it includes spectacular plains and elevations along the way, highly recommended for adventure lovers and walkers. 5.00We had the greatest experience: the rainbow mountain and surroundings are truly amazing. I would highly recommend to get this tour with the horses as well, it is more fun and you still get to hike in the end. TBH without horses it would be too exhausting! Our tour guide was very fun and he genuinely wanted to share culture and interesting things about Peru! Transport and everything was very smooth, so I highly recommend the tour

5.00Travelled with my friend. The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. My friend and I felt very safe on this tour and the food was good as well. We hiked rainbow mountain and our Wilbert offered for us to add on the red valley for a more tailored experience. The experience was beautiful and serene thanks to Wilbert.

5.00We enjoyed the tour although it looked like it would rain. The height is challenging which makes it difficult for those from flat spots to walk but the weather got cool and we could breathe normally, our guide and his assistant always on the lookout for the group, and besides the views got amazing which motivated us at all times. We were well equipped following the recommendations of the agency we hired and everything went as expected. I recommend the agency, they really care about you!

5.00A walk to build some muscles in my legs and a mental challenge as you go further along the height increases, I had to remain serene as advised by the guide. Finally we reach the top that is more than 5 thousand masl. There I could completely observe the mountain, arrived in a good weather, this looked very beautiful as the photo. It is certainly an extraordinary phenomenon of the geography of the place. In general I enjoy very much. I recommend to the agency peruvipviajes

5.00A beautiful get to the top of the mountain and glimpse some dreamy landscapes. To get there you have to walk a small section so the horses were very helpful. I recommend visiting Vinicunca Mountain with Peruvip!

5.00Vinicunca Mountain with Peru Vip Trips was a learning and adrenaline tour. We arrived at a beautiful time, with clear skies and regular sunshine. We explored the road with our guide Wilbert who explained every detail of the place during the tour, stopping for moments to observe the panoramic views and also to be able to hear the explanations of our guide. Very good food and very organized attention. Thank you, we're leaving happy!
