Begin with learning how make tiramisù, following traditional recipes using all ingredients- mascarpone, eggs, coffee sugar and cocoa powder and tools needed.
Following this, learn the secrets that go into making two types of pasta - fettuccine and ravioli from scratch. From creating the perfect dough from scratch to understanding the best ingredients used that seasons offer for toppings / stuffing. Discover the necessary ingredients - eggs and flour etc, used for each pasta type.

5.00We had such an amazing time learning to make the pasta and tiramisu, John was an amazing teacher and we have the recipe to take home for now, also the added benefit of drinks added with beautiful wines to drink with the food we made. I would highly recommend!

5.00Our host Nina was fantastic. She knew what she was selling and very knowledgeable. She was a Very confident and happy individual. Would highly recommend doing this tour. We got to taste a platter of different cheeses, truffle and pesto and olive oil. All very different. She then took us to a restaurant where we learnt to make pasta, ravioli and tiramisu. Everyone on this tour were very friendly and we got to meet people from Texas and other parts of the US. Would highly recommend.

5.00The class was nice and opening environment to learn. She was open to questions and made the experience an evening of fun and cooking. She gave us professional insists to pasta making and the cultural history behind it.

5.00We had 10 people in our class. The guide was super nice and friendly. She knew what she was doing too! We got a bottle of white, red and prosecco included. Plus the pasta you make and tiramisu. Definitely do this one!

5.00Awesome! This was the thing my two teenage daughters enjoyed the most on our trip. Host was so patient and knowledgeable. Met some great people and had a fun evening eating, drinking and socializing with everyone Food was so yum.

5.00We had a fantastic time and the food was amazing. The instructors were great and the wine tasted amazing. A great experience to do with friends and family. Afterwards we got the recipes so we can take this knowledge and make our own pasta at home!
